    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
    • Support team members with administrative and clerical duties.
    • Maintain filing system and office supplies.

    Requirements

    • HND or BSc qualification.
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
