    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and functional.
    • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating schedules, travel, and meetings for the consulting team.
    • Handling correspondence, managing documentation, and maintaining databases, files, and reports.
    • Managing relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts for services, and coordinating repairs for office equipment.
    • Assisting with recruitment, staff onboarding, and organizing team briefings or training sessions.
    • Assisting with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and ensuring accurate expense reporting.
