    Administrative Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
    • You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to emails and messages promptlyand coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars.
    • Maintains files and records, and Update database ensuringdata accuracy.
    • Track project progress and deadlinesand collaborate with team members on task assignments.
    • Manages budgets and expenses as needed, while preparingreports and presentations.
    • Adherestronglyto company policies and proceduresand updatethe team on relevant compliance issues.
    • Facilitate on-boarding for new employeesand organize team-building activities and events.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a relating field.
    • 3 yrs Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,and other productivity tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
    • Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
    • Previous remote work experience.

    • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
