We are seeking Administrative Interns to join our team for an initial period of six (6) months. The interns will serve as a liaison between our customers and the company, focusing on form submissions, response reviews, and customer engagement support. This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced work environment. Successful interns may be considered for retention after the program.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing and submitting forms on behalf of customers and the company.
Review large volumes of customer responses (10,000+ monthly) to identify relevant or high-interest prospects.
Notify and escalate qualified leads or responses to the Marketing team for follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of form submissions and customer interactions.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Participate in internal training programs to gain IT and administrative skills.
Provide basic operational support to managers and other team members as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Current undergraduate, recent graduate, or entry-level candidate with interest in administration or customer relations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data and responses.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new IT tools and processes (training will be provided).
Ability to work onsite daily and commit to the full 6-month program.
