Our company is looking to hire an Administration Assistant that will provide administrative support services to our businesses. The Administration Assistant is often a key point of contact for customer service and as such, plays a key role in conveying the professional image of the company.
The administrative responsibilities notifying clients of available properties, complying with legal procedures, and include telephone, duties, responding to email inquiries, documentation, reporting, monitoring, and planning appointments and viewing. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and other designated websites.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, a great communicator who is self-driven and highly detail-oriented.
