Carry out due diligence checks on all third-party applicants and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the programme management team.
Support third parties with any queries related to due diligence
Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance situations
Create and maintain a compliance dashboard that enables the tracking and measurement of compliance and ensure other operational trackers such as the supplier database are maintained
Support the programme management team in drafting contracts for employees, consultants and sub-contractors
Work with the programme management and legal teams to mitigate potential contracting risks
Aptitude And Skills
You must have experience and a proven track record of working in a compliance, legal, finance or risk function
Some experience working with contracts preferred
Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to perform other functions as directed
Proven written and oral communication skills in a range of formats (briefings, reports, summaries etc.) and to a range of audiences
Proven capacities to quickly familiarise with new procedures
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint)
