    Admin Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage Admin Expenses within budget
    • Annual Renewal of Ios/Apple Apps
    • Booking of Flight Requests for Management and Staff Bankwide
    • Renewal of Internet Service for Regional Offices
    • Monthly Renewal of phone bills for Management Staff
    • Procurement and Allocation of Status Phones and Tabs for Group Heads and top management staff
    • Bank Fleet Management
    • Ensuring Prompt annual Renewal of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
    • Management of HQ and Regional store requisitions
    • Monitor inventory levels and procurement of spare parts and materials
    • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of working experience
    • B.Sc/HND in Social Science or Art
