Admin & HR Manager at Labana Rice Mills Limited

Roles and Responsibilities

• The Admin & HR Manager will oversee the following HR and Administrative responsibilities like Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding of Staff, Staff Training and Development, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Health, Safety and Environment, HR statutory and legal matters
• Supervise key members of staff handling General Administration, facility management, procurement, transport and sundry services
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Candidate should be a graduate in related field of study, with 7 - 10 years post-graduation experience, 3 of which must be on a senior or team leadership position.
• Possession of a higher degree and membership of a relevant professional body, as well a computer literacy is a prerequisite for applying into any of these positions.
