Accounts / Inventory Officer at Lagos Fashion House

We are currently seeking an Accounts / Inventory Officer for our fast growing fashion house.

Keys Skills & Qualifications

• Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
• Update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability.
• Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Min. of OND/ HND /BSC in a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc), inventory management software, accounting software.
• Familiarity with administrative duties.
• Client/Vendor management.
• Excellent numerical and logical analytic skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
