    Canteen Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for an experienced Canteen Manager for its client in the food service industry.
    • The ideal candidate will oversee daily canteen operations, ensure efficient food production and service delivery, maintain hygiene standards, manage staff, control inventory, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily food production and service operations and ensure timely preparation and distribution of meals
    • Coordinate meal schedules and maintain smooth workflow across kitchen and service areas
    • Manage kitchen and service staff, prepare schedules, monitor performance, and provide training on hygiene, food safety, and customer service
    • Ensure meals meet quality, taste, and portion standards while enforcing HACCP and food safety compliance

    Assistant Group Chef

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Group Chef. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in coordinating daily food production across multiple locations, ensure consistency in food quality, supervise kitchen staff, maintain hygiene standards, and support efficient kitchen operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating daily meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special diets)
    • Supervise bulk cooking operations and ensure timely food production

    • Support menu execution and step in for the Head Chef when required
