Job Brief

• We are seeking an intelligent and detail-oriented Accountant/Administrative Officer who is currently undergoing the compulsory National Youth Service Scheme(NYSC) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general administrative duties
• Maintaining accurate financial records and providing financial reports and required by the accountant.
• Assisting with payroll processing and tax filing.
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Managing inventory and coordinating office supplies orders.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
• Performing other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
