Accountant at a Manufacturing Company

The accountant will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company which include but not limited to :

• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Auditing and analysing financial performance
• Establishing and implementing suitable internal controls
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Periodic report to the management as determine by the Organization for 

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a food production/Restaurant outlet or similar field 
• BS.c Accounting.
• Knowledge and practical ability to use accounting software will be an added advantage
• Membership of Professional bodies such as ICAN & ACCA will be an added advantage
• Data driven, collaborative leadership, results oriented & courageous and determined
• Versatility to manage and execute across a multitude of functions
