    Account Officer (Maternity Cover)

    • Preparation of cheque requisition.
    • Preparation of cheque register & signing of cheques with appropriate signatories.
    • Posting of financial data into the ERP.
    • Review of Receipts with lodgements.
    • Posting of inflows into the ERP.
    • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
    • Managing Account Receivables.
    • Manage Prepayment Schedule, Recurring Journals and GL Reconciliation.
    • Prepare schedules of PAYE, WHT, VAT (where applicable) and other statutory payments such as NHF, Pension, ITF, NSITF etc.

    This engagement is for a period of 3-months.
