Job Summary:

Our client in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Officer to support daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively as part of the accounting team
• Process accounts payable and receivable and handle reconciliations
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly account summaries and financial reports
• Monitor and follow up on accounts payable and receivable
• Administer payroll and handle PAYE remittances to LIRS
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Accounts Supervisor or Management

Requirements:

• OND?HND in Accounting or Finance-related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, and Outlook
• Must reside in Ago Palace or nearby areas for ease of commute

Remuneration:

₦120,000 Monthly Salary
