Job Summary

• We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support our finance department and ensure efficient financial operations.
• The ideal candidate brings experience in cost accounting, budgeting for production processes, and financial oversight in a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Process invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as needed

Education, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Professional qualification will be considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
