    Account Manager – FC Business

    Role Purpose:
    The Account Manager will be responsible for owning and growing key corporate and event accounts. This role focuses on client relationship management, seamless service delivery, and revenue expansion, with a strong emphasis on retention and upselling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients and event accounts.
    • Build strong relationships with HR managers, office administrators, and procurement teams.
    • Oversee onboarding, menu rollouts, and day-to-day service delivery for daily lunch programs, canteens, and events.
    • Identify upsell opportunities across board meetings, corporate events, and special initiatives.
    • Monitor account performance metrics and deliver monthly reports on client health and revenue.
    • Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining high client satisfaction scores.
    • Work cross-functionally with culinary, logistics, and sales teams to deliver a consistent, premium experience.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Experience: 3–5 years in account management, client services, or B2B sales (hospitality, FMCG, or corporate catering experience preferred).

    Skills:

    • Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
    • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze account performance.

    • Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. KPIs
    • Monthly client retention rate.
