    Account Management Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Providing customer service and support to existing clients
    • Managing and growing existing customers' accounts
    • Timely resolution of issues, and escalation to the helpdesk where necessary
    • Following up with underperforming clients to ensure optimal performance
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Acting as a liaison between clients and other internal units
    • Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    • 3 years of experience in client management
    • Experience in the travel industry would be a plus
    • Experience in the use of any GDS is an added advantage
    • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
    • Excellent communication.
