    Account Assistant (Cashier)

    Main Purpose

    • Invoicing Task
    • Cashier Task.

    Job Description

    • Posting of customer’s payment
    • Issuing of receipts to customers
    • Printing and capturing of closed job cards
    • Documentation of job cards
    • Proper filling of job cards
    • Posting of customer loyalty (PR)
    • Retrieval of job cards
    • Confirmation of bank deposits for issuance of receipts
    • Going to banks to lodge customer cheques
    • Sending of reports at the end of the months
    • Perform any other functions as they come and assigned by head Finance & Accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of an ATS / OND in Accounting or any Finance related discipline
    • Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a similar role
    • Ability to meet deliverables
    • Very sound in Microsoft office
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Highly emotionally intelligent to manage clients & colleagues.

    Skills Required:

    • Good analytical & reporting skills,
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment,
    • Ability to work under pressure,
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
