Personnel Responsibilities
The successful candidate will, among others, do the following:

• Petty cash and cash float maintenance.
• Creation of payment vouchers and checks.
• Posting of payment vouchers, bank deposit tellers, salary journals, and cash retirement journals.
• Monthly preparation of bank account reconciliation statements.
• Reconciliation of account receivables, payables, and statutory deductions.
• Reconciliation of staff loans and advances for all types of advances available in the organization confirmation of bank lodgments.
• Preparation of the income and expenditure report.
• Any other job assigned and compliance with deadlines are very important aspects of your job.

Personnel Specification

• The candidate must have an OND in Accounting or an AAT with a minimum of one (1) year's experience.
• Should be able to think analytically and receptively, as well as communicate effectively and interpersonally.
• The ability to use the Sage 50 Accounting package will be advantageous.
