    Account / Admin Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative support and execution of all the company's Projects, Partnerships, and Events/Programs
    • Implementation of all Executive Council Decisions
    • Communication and correspondence on behalf of the association and within
    • Oversight of secretariat staff and operations
    • Coordinate logistics for all meetings, conferences, and formal engagements
    • Oversight on the preparation and presentation of the association's financial reports (financial statements, management accounts, project finance, and financial budget)
    • Presentation of both domestic and international project reports (Financial)
    • Research for external communication and debriefing
    • Oversight of the company's IT infrastructure (Website, Meeting and Productivity tools)
    • Attend to members' requests to resolve.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1st degree Accounting Student (2nd Class Upper)
    • 2-4 years of experience
    • Undertaking Ican at the Skills level or final part stage.
    • Must be very competent in the Microsoft suite, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
    • Must have very strong Analytical Skills
    • Must be strong in Corporate communication and possess very functional Administrative skills
    • Must be ready to travel (domestic and international) at very short notice
    • Must be ready to work under minimal supervision.
