    Front Desk / Receptionist

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to customers enquires promptly and efficiently
    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

    Educational Qualification

    • A good National Diploma, additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
    • Must be a female candidate
    • Age: Not more than 26 years.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Relationship Management
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite1
    • Strong computer skills
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Good written and oral communication
    • Service orientation and strong Customer focus
    • Integrity
    • Very quick learner
    • Keen attention to details
    • Good team player.
