ROLE description

The Business manager directs and supervises activities of all departments to achieve the company’s goals and objectives relating to sales, profitability, productivity, and customer relations.

Business managers might also develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the business unit complies with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manages day of day activities of the business
• Supervises employees and prepares work schedules
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolves issues when they arise
• Excellent at community relations
• Works with the Project managers and Engineers
• Oversees payment collections and remittance
• All other activities as required
• Preferred Competency/skills
• Must be fluent in Hausa
• Must Reside in Kano or neighboring states.
• Great interpersonal skills
• Extensive usage of Microsoft Office suite, as well as Excel.
• Very good business sense
• Problem solving skills
• Communication Skills
• Basic financial management skills
