• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing executive education programs that align with the university's mission and the needs of business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative and high-impact executive education programs.
• Establish and cultivate partnerships with corporate organizations, government agencies, and professional bodies.
• Develop business strategies to drive growth and revenue for executive education programs.
• Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and stakeholders to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and competitive.
• Oversee program operations, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional participant experience.
• Drive marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts to attract executives and business leaders to the programs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into program offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance for executive education.

Qualifications & Experience

• A PhD in Business Administration, Education, or a related field;
• Minimum of 15 years post-NYSC experience with at least 10 years of experience in executive education, professional training, corporate learning, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development and business development.
• Strong industry connections and experience in building partnerships with corporate organizations.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing executive-level training programs, workshops, and conferences.
