General Manager Nigeria (m/w) at Big Dutchman

What is your job:

• With their dynamic and agile nature, they are driving our young company in Nigeria-Lagos forward by actively acquiring new customers, serving our existing customers, expanding their business relationships and ensuring that sales targets are met
• They manage the branch with currently 15 employees and employees in the areas of administration, sales, technology and logistics
• They are the first seller on the market selling our state-of-the-art technical equipment for keeping poultry and pigs
• They build up the areas of service and assembly, drive them forward and thereby achieve success in the market
• You are responsible for the full integration and communication with the Big Dutchman parent company.

What do you bring with you for the position?

• You have knowledge of the Nigerian market
• You have the ability to lead a sales team
• You ideally have some initial experience in the sale of capital goods
• You have extensive knowledge of corporate governance
• You have very good command of spoken and written English
• We are willing to travel as well as the ability to organize ourselves
• Organizational skills, independent work and a high degree of personal initiative round off your profile for this responsible job.
