Employee Relations/Planning Manager at Primus Group

We are urgently recruiting for an Employee Relations/Planning Manager for an indigenous operator.

• The ideal candidate will promote and maintain employees’ wellbeing and good professional relations, providing expert advice and support on all industrial relations issues, thereby promoting positive employee relations culture within the organisation.
• The HR Manager, Employee Relations & Planning manages highly complex and ambiguous employment and labour relations issues for the company, providing tactical
• support and advise. Job holder is also responsible for ensuring that HR management is linked to the strategic plan of the Organization.
• A relevant Labour relation/ HR tertiary qualifications – minimum of 12 years industry experience.
