Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce credit risk for the client.
Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end evaluations (inventory evaluations, back-test, and stress test) in a timely manner.
Help to improve measures and methodologies to assess the market risk while combining market and counterparty expertise, including stress testing and other cross risk topics.
Monitor adherence to risk limits for all activities using quantitative measures, including Value at Risk (VaR) and stress tests.
Assessment of credit proposal information (including financial information) as well as assessing the company affordability through proper analysis of the company’s financial statement in order to make a credit decision.
Listen to input from Sales and Marketing Department and look for ways to help them achieve its goals in order to mitigate risk and control payment delinquency to acceptable levels.
Review credit limits.
Ensure all credit exposures are covered and mapped.
Assess counter-party ratings.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of risks identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
Strong knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
Knowledge of the risk and governance standards
2 years of experience working in a financial industry.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
