Field Manager (Expatriates - Latin America/ South East Asia /East Europe) at Energi Talent Resourcing

Purpose of role
This role involves ensuring efficient and effective day to day management and administration for the Metering and Meter Installation success by taking charge of the delivery of the entire technical and operational functions.
                                                                                                     
Responsibilities

• Devise strategies and adopt technology to ensure prevention, detection and recovery of losses caused by interference with our clients’ power network and that includes data collection, implementing monitoring systems and metering solutions.
• Develop and execute business development plans that deliver the business unit growth including active contribution in sales and after sales services.
• Assume full Profit & Loss responsibility, including reporting on results
• Continuously innovate to in the areas of developing new standards and technologies for measurements systems and products
• Building a high performing team and developing internal technical capabilities, in line with succession planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bsc - Electrical Engineering, combined with a master’s Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Power Sector (Transmission and Distribution, Utilities, etc.), specifically in the areas of: Revenue Protection, Metering Systems, Collections and collections and sales
• You must possess a highly analytical mind-set, an eye for detail and a keen desire to innovate and work towards continuous improvement
• Expert in Metering Systems & Solutions, exposure to Smart Grids and Smart Meters will be an advantage
• Leader with an innate ability to inspire and develop people
• An accomplished communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentational skills
