Marketing & Community Lead at Luno

What youll do

• Lead local marketing and community operations for Nigeria
• Shape local marketing strategies that focus on localisation and leverage local insights
• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns
• Identify, develop, and manage the creation of content for the market - written, videos, presentations, demos
• Identify marketing growth areas and experiments, to improve product adoption
• Organise and run local Luno Meetups and events, including webinars
• Develop and maintain relationships with local press contacts
• Connect with, and develop relationships with top Luno customers
• Ensure customer support and verifications for Nigeria is of a high quality and within service levels
• Overall, deliver a great customer experience in the market

What youll need

• A relevant university qualification from a top university
• 3-5 years work experience
• Preferably a basic knowledge of how crypto-currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum work, and enthusiasm to promote cryptocurrencies
• Experience in Marketing and/or Customer Support
• The ability to think on your feet and get things done
• Entrepreneurial, strong sense of responsibility and very high level of integrity
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Friendly, transparent, articulate and driven to succeed
