Leading the Customer Service sales team in Nigeria
Responsible for Customer Service sales with special emphasis on:
Automation retrofits
Single machines
Customer Service projects (investment < USD 1m)
Lead and develop strong CS sales team: manages and plans team (sales calls and service calls) and is the interface to back-office and Center of Competence. Ensures the communication between the CS Sales team and the plant sales team
Build strong relationships with customers in co-ordination with Plant + Equipment sales team
Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders
Ensure security and optimal working conditions for the employees
Define and implement the strategic and operational plan –(CS Grand Slam / Hoshin Kanri initiatives)
Keep customer data up to date in CRM and follow up leads and opportunities
Qualifications
A technical background is essential and an Engineering University degree or equivalent would be a distinct advantage
Minimum 5 years of sound professional experience in sales
Fundamentals of business administration and marketing
Leadership training (Advantageous)
