Compliance Manager at Mobihealth International

Responsibilities and Key Duties
Implementing programmes and policies to ensure that compliance to HIPAA, MDCN, PCN, HEFEMAA and other healthcare regulatory bodies are met.

• Ensuring that our partners meet up with our agreed upon Service Levels.
• Conducting on-site inspections of our partners’ premises to conduct quality checks and controls.
• Investigating compliance violations and taking corrective actions as necessary
• Ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements
• Developing control systems to ensure quality and regulatory adherence between Mobihealth International and its partners
• Keep abreast of both Nigerian and International Healthcare compliance standards and best practices especially but not limited to Telemedicine.
• Carrying out risk assessments of healthcare compliances policies, in order to identify potential risks and areas of vulnerability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Degree in Business Administration or Health sciences preferred.
• Quality Control/assurance certification preferred
• Computer Literate
• Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
• Excellent team player
• Own car driver preferable
