JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create office profiles for all entries within the Daily payment confirmed list and as indicated on the admin system.
• Create admin system profiles for all orders that were manually received from clients within the exchange.
• Act as the systems administrator to the firm ensuring that all communication and technology platforms are running without problems.
• Responsible for all content with the e-verify system – setting up clients, creating and uploading evidence files and certificates, managing the referencing process within the e-verify system.
• Act as the systems administrator to the firm ensuring that all communication and technology platforms are running without problems.
• Escalating any technology requirement or support needs to the appropriate person.
• Manage all of the firm’s technology platform (existing and future planned) ensuring that local requirements are met and suggestions for improvement are documented and implemented where applicable.
• Manipulate all document requirements - converting to PDFs, uploading the file repositories, collating and aggregating file structures as determined by the business needs, creating software documentation and user guides.
• Check out new computers on arrival and install as appropriate.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology and any other related field.
