As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting company products, increasing sales within assigned territories, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers within assigned territories
Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key customers
As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for building and leading the organization’s commercial function, driving sponsorship revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable revenue growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Build and manage sponsorship and partnership pipelines from prospecting to deal closure
Pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities
Develop pricing structures, revenue strategies, and commercial packages aligned with market trends
Manage key client relationships, account growth, and sponsorship renewals
Lead commercial reporting, revenue forecasting, and CRM pipeline management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
7–10 years experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, media sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles
Proven track record of building revenue pipelines and closing significant commercial deals
Strong network across brands, agencies, and sponsors within the Nigerian market
Excellent negotiation, leadership, forecasting, and relationship management skills.
