HR Assistant (Internship) at Jiji Online Marketplace Limited

The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR Department in day to day operations and related administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process 
• Assist in coordination of orientation of new employees
• Assist in managing simple projects including training, surveys etc
• Maintain and update employee records and other documentation
• Provide prompt response and resolution to employee requests and issues
• Liaise with external service providers and vendors for effective running of business processes

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Must exhibit strong communication skills
• Must be assertive
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to think fast and exhibit a high level of discretion are key

Qualification

• BSc / HND in any relevant field from an accredited higher institution
