Roles and responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement strateqy for HR management and development.
• Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Plan for employee's performance appraisal, job evaluation and development.

Qualification & experience

• B.Sc/HND in any of the Social Sciences, and an M.Sc or MBA in Industrial and Human Resources Management with ample experience in the manufacturing industry.
• 40-45 years of age.
• Minimum of 12 years working experience.
• Excellent knowledge of labour laws, industrial safety rules and regulation and HSE policies.
• Additional Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
