Business Manager/Chief Operating Officer at 360 Degrees Firm

The Business Manager/Chief Operating Officer would be in charge of the overall operation of the professional services firm and would be responsible for improving the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market trends. Ensure the organization reaches its goals and objectives related to sales productivity, profitability and industry penetration.
