Report to: CEPM Team Lead (Technical Solution & Services Manager)

Job Description

• Prepare engineering designs and specifications during pre and post order phase.
• Assist in the evaluation of the tenders and contract.
• Attend scope clarification meetings as part of the Projects Team to confirm the final requirements of the project before and following contract award.
• Carry out site survey, as required, prior to commencement of the contract works, to determine compliance with the proposed design and scope of works.
• Provide support to the commercial and logistics department technical item procurement.
• Ensures the necessary records are kept on site and project completion report provided
• Supervise sub-contractors during engagement to ensure specified quality of work is met and to time.
• Attend site/project meetings with the client and Projects Team as required.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment and ancillary material are requested for and collected for project execution.
• Assist with technical advice to other personnel as required.
• Attend relevant training to increase competencies and professionalism as well as would be required by certification bodies.

Education & Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering related degree.
• Minimum of 1 years working Experience

Experience:

• Experience in using AutoCAD software application desirable
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Experience in interpreting workshop drawings [electrical and mechanical]
