Job Description

• Training and Development Officer is responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organising and overseeing appropriate training.
• This person will help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within their organisation.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field
• 5 years proven work experience is similar position
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
