Responsibilities / Duties

Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short and long term client projects to implement, upgrade and support Dynamics NAV.

• Providing onsite and offsite consulting service
• Serve as a Lead Implementer on multiple Implementations
• Serve as Subject Matter expert in Functional Areas and Industries
• Execute/Deliver Design and User Acceptance Workshops
• Lead teams in the execution and management of client projects
• Recognize and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and additional client projects.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent; Background in accounting, ACA is a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in software Implementations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products (NAV, GP, AX, and/or CRM). Preferably NAV.
• Strong Proficiency in several ISV Products.
• Hands on experience in the manufacturing, distribution and/or rental management industry is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Strong Understanding of Critical Business Processes
• Relevant Microsoft Certification a plus
