Job Description

• Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
• This position will ensure that all products are wholesome and meet specification and established standards of quality including reliability and usability while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
• Must have passion for Continuous Improvement, lots of initiative and attention to detail and be someone who takes pride and responsibility in what he does.

Qualification and Experience

• Degree or HND holders in Engineering, Pure or Applied Sciences
• Practical experience in manufacturing, quality and safety management for at least 5 years in a food processing company
• Good business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
• The ability to motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
• Ability to share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
• Not more than 35 years.
