    Human Resource Manager

    Job Description
    In charge of the following:

    • HR Policy development
    • Training and manpower development programme and design
    • Compensation Management
    • Labour Relations
    • Talent Management

    Requirements

    • Must have a minimum of 6 years experience
    • Have a first Degree and Masters in Law
    • Sound knowledge in labour law
    • Worked in middle/senior management in an organisation of nothing less then 500 employees
    • Associate Member of Human Resource Management professional bodies
