Sales Asociate/ Cashier at Dufry Duty Free Ltd

Role Profile-  Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving product knowledge and excellence service.

Key Roles

• Great Customer Service
• Work to make customers, not just sales, learn to sell and satisfy the customers needs
• Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers with great excellent service
• Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for our customers
• Ensure that all merchandise is displayed nicely and orderly and featured merchandise promptly displayed in each section.
• Practice security measures that helps prevent theft
• Responsible for managing the till in the shop and make sure all processes and procedures regarding cash handling and credit cards is in accordance with company policy
• Operating the till in the shop with the focus to ensure the best customer service
• Understand the importance of the role as the last contact point in the shop and the relevance of his /her behavior . acting as a positive role model for a great last impression.

Experience
Required – 2 years of shop work experience

• Standing for extended period of time
• Available to work store schedule
• Languages
• Fluent English
• Additional languages as applicable for operations
