Account Manager at Rally Trade

Responsibilities

• Maintaining good client relations and records
• Follow up on leads and prospects to a logical conclusion
• Creating and developing brand awareness
• Placing calls to clients
• Clients support
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Candidate Requirements
Education:

• Masters Degree or recently completed undergraduate Degree in any subject with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower 2:2.
• Economics and Sciences may be an advantage
• Experience in Financial Markets will be a strong advantage.
• sales/Marketing background may be a plus.
• Must be a strong communicator, self-starter with great organisational skills, self-motivated with passion for financial markets.
