Job Description
Provides country organization with appropriate talent to fill vacancies, supports senior line managers in setting up and sustaining their organization, reaching short-term as well as strategic business objectives by acting as a change agent; implements consistent, “state of the art” HR processes that ensure recruitment, performance, development and retention of the best people
Minimum requirements
Fluent in local language and English
3-5 years as HR Business Partner/Manager in Multi National Company operating in the region
5-7 years HR Operations experience
Knowledge of employment practices in the region
Experience with designing and maintaining an efficient HR back office
Experience with Labour Law issues
Experience in provided first class customer service
Strong analytical skills
Strong administrative skills, with an eye for details
