Job Description

• Effectively manage the day to day affairs of the Bank
• Effective supervision & coordination of Bank's vision, mission and goals
• Maintaining a proactive work environment that is highly responsible and target driven
• Manage strategic relationships (both internal and external) & develop a first class microfinance institution

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years post qualification experience out & which must be in the financial services industry and at least three at the senior management level
• A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification or degree or degree in any finance related discipline may be an advantage)
• MBA, ACCA and ICAN is a plus
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks
• Project & people management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• CIBN Microfinance certification an advantage
