HR and Recruitment Manager at Global Profilers

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR & Recruitment Manager will lead the company’s recruitment process, deliver high calibre candidates to the GM or relevant area manager as well as define and manage the company’s HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and conduct initial screening
• Developing and implementating HR policies and procedures
• Staff development plans assisting/leading personnel reviews
• Assisting/leading disciplinary actions
• Maintain employee files
• Edsuring adherence to best practice
• Keeping up to date with relevant legistlation

Qualifications/Experience  

• Degree level education, professional qualification in a related field
• Professional experience in a directly relevant role of minimum 2 years with a reputable organization
• The successful candidate will be a hard-working individual with a “can-do” attitude, keen to take on responsibility and building a business.
• You must have directly relevant experience from both HR & Recruitment, preferably in a retail-focused business. Ideally you will have a keen interest in sports betting and gaming.
