Assistant Plant Manager (Shadow Production Director) at Energi Talent Resourcing

This role will see you Supervise the Operations and maintenance of the plant as well as liase with suppliers both locally an internationally. You will also Implementation of / Compliance with Government Regulations, HSE standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience of working in manufacturing Plant/assembly line of at least 100 people                                                                                            
• People leadership; Experience of handling HR & Admin issues                                                                       
• Manufacturing experience preferably in electrical industry
• Graduate Electrical Engineer
