Field Worker III (Multiplication) at IITA - International Institute of Tropical Agriculture

Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:

• Multiply new cassava varieties using rapid multiplication techniques;
• Organize field labor and field maintenance;
• Assist in cutting and packaging of cassava stems for dissemination;
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience

• O’Level with minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a related field.    

Skills and competences

    Have strong communication skills (oral and written).
    Have good time management skills.
    Display high energy level and ability to work under pressure.
    Willingness to work odd hours.
    Agree to intensive travel.
