• We are looking for a Procurement Officer who can build strong supplier partnerships, secure favorable terms, mitigate procurement risks, and ensure a consistent flow of goods and services to support business operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Procurement planning and execution
• Vendor sourcing and management
• Supplier negotiations and cost optimization
• Compliance and risk management
• Inventory coordination and procurement reporting

We're looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience
• Strong experience in supplier management, procurement processes, and inventory coordination
• Experience in ICT, retail, manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage

In this role, you will:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock data
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile inventory variances
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams
• Prepare inventory reports and support audit activities
• Drive process improvements that enhance inventory control and operational efficiency

We're looking for professionals with:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/ERP platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
