You will be responsible to achieve the set revenue, yield and volume targets by zone.
You will complete, submit and agree weekly call plan of sales activity.
You will complete and execute individual account development plans for top 20% of agents.
You will ensure territory activity is within agreed cost of sale targets.
You will Implement sales territory marketing plan to agreed activity.
You must be educated to a degree level or equivalent.
Post holder must have a minimum of 4 years airline or travel industry experience of which at least 2 years in sales role.
Training on negotiation and sales techniques
Must have training on account development planning
Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Reservation and Ticketing.
Must be fluent on both oral and written English language with strong presentation skills.
You must be a self starter with strong planning and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Trained on MIDT and Sales Force Automation systems.
Post holder must have good analytical skills to make positive use of broad range of data information and able to work under pressure and to short lead times.
You will be operating within a pressurized environment, working remotely and independently with a minimum supervision. Regularly working long hours and may ask to participate in evening customer oriented events and travel as required for training or familiarization visits.
