Job Summary

• Assist in the creation management and execution of training, learning and development programs.
• Ensure successful integration of learning and development programs so that employees can competently meet the business needs of the client organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the formulation/creation of learning and development programs.     .

• Deliver training and development programs.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;

Job Requirements

• 6 - 8 years experience in Learning and development of which must have been in a structured consulting firm.
• Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
• Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
